Mingling with microbiologists and microbes

On 16 September 2023, at the University of Zagreb, we hosted children and adults to celebrate IMD together! Children played games, showing the diversity and practical applications of microbes via fun facts, drawings, colouring and more hands-on activities. In total, 52 children participated and each child before leaving received a diploma, t-shirt and a gift bag with probiotics and promotional material sponsored by Biorela. Adults could also attend our short lectures.

Children came out of the workshop room with smiles. Some parents commented that they would come next year as well!
