This event will highlight the vital roles microorganisms play in health, agriculture, and environmental sustainability, aiming to raise awareness about the importance of microorganisms and their profound impact on human life and the environment while inspiring curiosity and interest in microbiology among the general public.

Featuring a variety of activities, including public lectures, art exhibits, hands-on workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and interactive demonstrations designed to engage participants from various backgrounds.

The programme will be facilitated by esteemed speakers such as Prof. Eric Sampane, Head of the Department of Medical Microbiology at the University of Ghana Medical School, Prof. Dorothy Yeboah-Manu, Director of the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research, Emela Arthur Hayford, a Medical Lab Scientist, and Dr. Benjamin Mensah, a Medical Doctor.
