Microbes are everywhere!

Where: Kampus UJ, Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Poland.

A popular science lecture focusing on microbiomes and their beneficial role in different systems, followed by a workshop where participants will be able to observe microbes collected from the campus under the microscope, and culture microbes from their skin on a culture plate.   

Objective:

Teach participants about the beneficial role of microbial communities, highlighting that not all microbes are pathogens.
